ECPR has handled all media relations—both proactive and reactive crisis communication—for this client for more than a dozen years. We have also provided event planning services and extensive video production.
ECPR has developed an internal five-person team to handle the proactive, ongoing and crisis communication needs of St. David’s HealthCare and its Central Texas hospitals.
During the fourth quarter of each year, ECPR develops an earned media (publicity) plan for the following year in concert with St. David’s HealthCare’s organizational strategic plan and its marketing plan. Throughout the year, ECPR also works to find studies, trends and “news of the day” opportunities to leverage for greater media coverage. Earned media coverage typically ranges from local to regional and national, with coverage also in reputable trade publications.
In addition to proactive media initiatives, our team is on-site for crisis events, providing senior counsel on messaging and dissemination. ECPR also assists St. David’s HealthCare with high-level copywriting, management of an e-newsletter and video production, among others.
