TRISUN Healthcare to Manage Winters Park Assisted Living & Memory Care
Garland Facility Will Be 40th Property Managed by TRISUN
TRISUN Healthcare announced today that it will begin managing Winters Park Assisted Living & Memory Care in the North Texas community of Garland effective May 1, 2010. In March 2010, the company began managing five skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in North Texas, including nearby Winters Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, to complement its existing seven facilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. With this new facility, Texas-based TRISUN Healthcare will manage 40 skilled nursing, rehabilitation and assisted living properties throughout Texas.

Winters Park Assisted Living & Memory Care offers a full range of services for residents, enabling them to live life to the fullest. The community includes 65 assisted living and 43 memory care apartments, and features spacious living areas, dining rooms, and multi-functional rooms for a multitude of activities and entertainment programs. The beautifully appointed living rooms feature intimate social areas with fireplaces as well as flat-screen televisions. The TRISUN Healthcare Signature Dining Service allows residents to order from a menu, choosing from an array of delicious entrees and side dishes. In addition, a private dining room can be reserved for family get-togethers, celebrations or private meals with friends and loved ones.
Winters Park’s Memory Care draws upon the company’s long experience in caring for residents with dementia-related conditions. All caregivers receive intensive training in working with the cognitively impaired. This specialized program includes daily fun and engaging activities, exercises, cognitive stimulation and social interaction.
